In Alignment with PMBOK 6th Edition , This course covers new trends, emerging practices, tailoring considerations, and core competencies required for passing the Project Management professional Certification from PMI. Placing a greater emphasis on strategic and business knowledge, this course will last for approx. 35 to 40 hours in 13 sessions with total of 13 Chapters.
This course will last for 4 weeks, each session for 3 hours & weekly 3 classes on Monday,Wednesday& Saturday.
After each chapter is completed , there will an automated evaluation done through PMP Exam simulator and these results will be shared with the instructor , learner and the course counsellor.The counsellor will compile a performance report at the end of the session along with the course completion certification , this will include SWOT analysis for the learner and recommendations for exam preparation.The counsellor will also assist the learner in reviewing the exam application. You will be given 35 PDUS upon completion of the course.
This course will be instructed by a PMP Certified professional with over 17+ years of experience in training , IT , Construction , Business Governance and other industries.
