Our leading thoughts are based on mutual trust, self-discipline, and pride offering us continuous source of inspiration. The leading thoughts reveal what we are fighting for and why we are here. The leading thoughts carry us forward and Team Academy 's coaches should foster them. It is essential to know what you are, because where you are going will change with the world. The leading thoughts are always generated in your heart. They are, above all, important to us, ourselves.

Our objective is to create the future, not to predict it. We have created a community to help us create the future and for which we need our brands. Our community is based on teams, which should receive efficient and high quality coaching. Every individual is given time and attention, for Team Academy is only as good as its weakest link. Following the leading thoughts, self-discipline, team discipline, and answering a challenge form the core of Team Academy .

We must find people inspired by our thoughts. There is a language in the world that everybody understands and that language tells about enthusiasm, work supported by love, goal-directedness and the aspiration for something you hope for and believe in.
