Team Academy 's core consists of customers and the network. "We learn and succeed together with the customer." Thus, every Team Academy student has a variety of customer projects. Customer and company visits are also an important part of everyday work.

Growing Network

Personal relationships with the customers and other partners form the Team Academy 's network. The Network always provides the right people for the right tasks. The Network is Team Academy 's main resource through which the Team Academy members can easily produce added value for their customers.

Work and future

Approximately one third of the team members become entrepreneurs after graduation. Many times, Team Academy graduates get jobs from the companies they have worked with during their studies. Also, the companies in Team Academy 's Network are pleased to hire Team Academy graduates because they already know them and trust them.

The Network is a continuously growing network whose threads can intertwine and reach each other even far away.
