Learn through true action

Studying at Team Academy happens by working with your own team company. With the other starting students you'll found a team company of your own and start working for the customers in real life. If you do your job well the customers pay euros to your company and at the end of the studies you'll travel around the world by using the earned money. These days' team skills are one of the hottest skills at labor market. Companies are willing to hire people who have the ability to build teams and play together with others. That's why Team Academy invests in that everyone learns these skills which are worth more than gold.

Every team entrepreneur belongs to his/her own team. Together we get better results and learn from each others at the same time. Team skills are learned in teams' common training sessions which have replaced the lectures and lessons used in traditional schools. The teams' own coach also participates the training sessions and gives tips and advices and also encourages the whole team for better results.

Theory from the books that inspire

Along with the projects and team activities the studies are also performed by reading business literature. The purpose of reading isn't studying by heart or reading for exams. Our principle is that a useless book is not worth of reading and that reading is one of the funniest things you can do with your trousers on. Choose yourself what kind of literature you want to read and what you wish to learn. There is an enormous selection of different kinds of books at your use. After reading you transfer the knowledge into practice by using the ideas you get from the books in your projects. Finally the studies lead for the degree of Bachelor of Business Administration. It is formed by 210 credit points. This is the way you learn a lot in the way you like, go for a trip around the world, get hold of the newest theories at business management and graduate as a Bachelor of Business Administration.
