Projects in Team Academy

In Team Academy we learn by doing. Here are few examples of what you can do in our place: 

Events – The fascination of party and the whirl of event

Team Academy has long tradition of arranging all kinds of events. We have arranged different kind of parties starting from big student parties to afterski parties. To entrepreneurs and directors we have built international conferences and evening entertainments. In marketing field we have taken part in many kinds of conferment of degrees and spirit raise. We have arranged hundreds and hundreds of events. And all those are done by our students from beginning to the end. 

For example you can become a project manager of already existing event or build a brand new event with your team mates. We help and train you all the time, so you can start in our Academy even if you haven't got earlier experience in this kind of field. We guarantee, that when you take part in arranging events, you learn a lot about leading and marketing in practise (Not only from books or sitting at lessons) – exactly those things you need in business life. And at the same time you learn you also have fun (we have never understood boring lessons or cramming.) 

Marketing and sales – Sale sharks and marketing gurus 

Have you ever looked at an advertise boarding by the road or read advertise in the newspaper and thought that you can do better and more? I bet you have. In Team Academy you have possibilities to carry out your own marketing ideas. You get into different projects and to arrange the whole thing – brochures, leaflets, e-mails, advertising materials and all the other things you need in great campaign. You can also practise your salesman skills by doing customer visits and try how many of them grab your ideas.  

And all this happens in real life, not in your imagination. You do your campaigns to real companies, who really need your fresh ideas of marketing. When you do your job, you also get money to your own team business and finally travel around the world. 

In marketing area only your imagination is the limit. You can use our existing clients, so offering your ideas to them is easier then starting from scratch. 

Specialist works – theory to the field and practice 

In Team Academy we learn to do specialist works in practice. Maybe this kind of working isn't just like the tv program The Apprentice let us assume. In the real life it is more exciting. Our customers want to hear what are your opinions and tips for developing their business. 

Of course you're not the guru who has been working decades in the business life, but we know that you have lot to give to our customers when you have learned few years with us. It may be hard to believe that you could advise businessmen and managers at their businesses. But that's the way it is. We offer you newest theory of the field of managing, marketing, team-working and creativity. That theory helps you to bring forward your great ideas for the companies, regardless those sizes. You can even be consumer or coach if you have sufficiently courage.

Leadership positions – Paid the cost be the boss

You can´t learn leadership in a classroom. You have to have a group to lead. You can choose the one you like. You can become either financial, information, customer or general manager. Of course there are leadership positions in various projects or you can be a team leader of your own team. We have special training program for managers and they also have their own forums. We don't assume you to be a leader from the start. In Team Academy you grow to be a leader. When you dare to take the challenge to be a leader we guarantee you'll learn the skills that are needed in all leadership positions needed in future.
