Employers are constantly looking for people who can act in teams and are able to built and lead them. Team Academy is a unique place in Finland to learn these skills. We are the only unit of higher education in Finland which can offer such an opportunity to train team working in practice (not by just a few courses in a classroom).

An entrepreneur needs the skills of leading, whether it's a small or a major company at stake. Leadership is often about leading projects or human relations. Team Academy offers you several traineeships of leading. You can also build your own leadership possession around your project.
